Everything you should do this Spring.
March 20 is the first day of Spring this year and we’ve got your guide for everything you should be thinking about for your small business as you prepare for Q2.
Website Refresh
When was the last time you updated the language and imagery on your website? Just like with in-store signage or promotions, the copywriting and banners on your website should be updated monthly or seasonally. And a full website review should be considered at least every two years to make sure your customers are getting the same experience on your page as they would in person.
Tidy Up Marketing Strategies
Is your marketing plan a bit dusty? It’s time to take a look at what you could do to breathe new life into your promotional and advertising campaigns. Start by researching outside of your direct competitors if they’re a bit behind the times as well. Many modern advertising tactics, like selling directly on social media, are fairly easy to implement and don’t need to be backed by a big budget. Quote/unquote ‘old school’ tactics, like direct mailers, are also seeing a nice return on investment as well.
Put A Spring In Everyone’s Step
It’s no secret that many people are feeling additional stress and anxiety in their day-to-day lives. Springtime is the perfect opportunity to hype up yourself and your team to help energize your business. People are, after all, at the heart of everything we do. Hopefully, by invigorating your team, be it getting them involved in a fun group outing or incentivizing them in a new way, you will see a happier group who is then more productive and valuable to your company.
