As 2025 ends, the familiar mix of reflection and renewal is upon us. This year has been nothing short of transformative, for AOPD, for our dealer community, and for the industry. Once again, we’ve navigated unexpected changes, adapted to evolving market dynamics, and continued to strengthen the partnerships that make our network so resilient.
Every year brings its own challenges and triumphs, but 2025 stood out as a year defined by collaboration, innovation, and steady progress. In the face of industry consolidation, supply chain shifts, and mounting competitive pressures, our dealers and Business Partners remained agile and focused, proving that together, the IDC can thrive even in complex environments.
Here are a few highlights from 2025:
Continued Sales Growth
Despite ongoing economic uncertainty and pricing volatility, AOPD will close out 2025 with another strong year of growth. Total sales through the organization driven by:
- Expanded dealer engagement
- Strong contract utilization
- Increased Business Partner collaboration
- AOPD ONE initiatives that strengthened national and regional account opportunities
Dealer-driven contracts continued their positive trajectory, reinforcing the value of local expertise paired with national capability.
Healthcare Expansion
Healthcare remained one of the fastest-growing segments for AOPD dealers in 2025. With our independent dealers’ unique ability to provide high-touch service, deliver quickly, and adapt to facility-level needs, our healthcare contracts saw impressive gains again this year.
Growth was fueled by:
- Strong partnerships
- Broader awareness of dealer capabilities
- Increased emphasis on local-service value within healthcare systems
We anticipate even more opportunities in 2026 as dealers continue to deepen their presence in this critical vertical.
OMNIA Contract Momentum
2025 was the first full year of our new OMNIA Partners contract—and the response has been extremely positive. With public sector spending rebounding in several regions, AOPD dealers saw increased opportunities with schools, cities, counties, and nonprofits.
Key milestones from 2025 include:
- A significant uptick in new public-sector accounts
- Improved clarity and messaging around the new Region 14 contract
- Strong alignment between AOPD, OMNIA, and our dealer network
With the contract now running through September 30, 2027, plus two optional one-year renewals, we are well-positioned for long-term growth in the public sector.
As we move into 2026, AOPD remains focused on expanding opportunities for our dealers, strengthening Business Partner collaboration, and driving growth in key verticals. The past year showed that when we work together, the IDC can compete and win no matter how the landscape shifts.
