Mark has been in the office products industry for 30 years, all at AOPD dealer Forms & Supply, Inc. (FSIoffice) in Charlotte, N.C. After three years as a chemist with Rexham Corporation, he began with FSI as manager of the IT department. Later, Mark moved into sales technology and sales management, assisting his wife Kim in managing sales for FSI’s Office Products Division. In that role, he has been heavily involved with AOPD as a dealer and has served on the AOPD Board of Directors for the past 14 years. Mark also served as the interim executive director of AOPD for three years from 2001 to 2004. In fact, Mark has attended every AOPD annual meeting since 1985, the first one as Kim’s spouse! Mark is a proud Tarheel, graduating from UNC Chapel Hill in 1982 with a BS degree in Chemistry.


Angela Sumner Price

Angela has been employed with AOPD for over 15 years. Her AOPD career began as the sales and marketing administrator, before her promotion into several other positions that has culminated in her current position as director of national operations and marketing. Prior to AOPD, Angela worked as an account manager at CDW Computers. Angela attended Miami University, where she earned degrees in Marketing and Organizational Leadership Management. She completed her MBA at North Central College in 2012.

Joe joined AOPD as its director of business development in 2017 and is excited to work with the company’s members and business partners. His experience in the office products industry spans over 35 years. A majority of that time was engaged within the independent dealer channel, working for Eaton Office Supply Co., Inc. in Buffalo, N.Y. His responsibilities included overall sales management, GP management, product category development and customer contract negotiations. During Joe’s tenure as general manager of sales, Eaton was recognized as one of the top office products distributors in the US. He also served as the AOPD representative at Eaton for over 20 years. Joe has participated in many industry related committees, most recently serving on the AOPD Board of Directors.


Shelley Tousignant

Shelley has been with AOPD for over 10 years, where she started as the financial administrator, but has since added the role of administrator of AOPD’s GSA programs. Prior to AOPD, Shelley worked for more than a decade in the financial and credit industry in roles for Bank One/Chase and Citibank. Her education includes study at Elgin Community College and Northern Illinois University.


Debbie Jefferies

Debbie, the newest member of the AOPD Headquarters staff, joined the team in June 2019.  Debbie spent nearly 20 years of her career in the automotive industry with Subaru of America, where she provided end-user desktop solutions and administrative and inventory management/distribution support to regional office sales office staff and dealer partners.  Debbie attained an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Information Systems from College of DuPage.  Outside of the office, Debbie enjoys spending time with her family, music, technology and serving as a volunteer software instructor.


Tom Buxton

Tom first entered the office products industry to save a failing family dealership that was attempting to avoid bankruptcy. Over the next seven years, International Office Products became the fastest-growing dealer in Denver, Colorado. In 1997, Corporate Express purchased the dealership and within 18 months Tom was the vice president of sales for the flagship Colorado branch and was responsible for the sales side of a $100 million P&L. Tom resigned for the third and final time in 2005 to assist independent dealers compete against the “Power Channel,” and has since been AOPD’s national sales manager for over five years.


Micheal Mathews

A 35-year veteran of the office products industry, Micheal has made a career out of helping members of the independent dealer community become more efficient, profitable and responsive to their customers. Mike’s association with AOPD began in the early 1980s while he was employed as the technical support manager for member dealer Miller Business Systems in Dallas, Texas. In 2010, Mike joined AOPD as the national accounts bids and contracts manager.

Ted has been involved in the office products industry for over 25 years, leading data, margin, and pricing teams.  He stared his career with a small independent dealer in Southern California and eventually moved to Colorado to work at Corporate Express headquarters and for Staples after they bought Corporate Express.  Ted has a proven track record of managing data to help grow revenue and operating profit in multi-location B2B distribution businesses that require a high degree of accuracy and efficiency.  He also maintains a database of information to simplify the pricing of multi-million-dollar bids and enhancing margin opportunities through assortment optimization and pricing strategies.

T.J. has been involved in bringing technology solutions to the office products industry for over 30 years, holding various executive positions in the software and wholesale businesses. Previously, he was with United Stationers as VP of reseller technology in Deerfield, Illinois. Prior to United, T.J. was president and CEO of United Business Computers, a leading software provider to office product dealers in the ‘90s with over 300 installations throughout the U.S. and Canada. T.J. is also the author of COPAS, a legacy software application that was purchased by United Stationers and later merged with T.J.’s company to form United Business Computers.
